Even the smallest amount of possession can land you in court. However, there is one good news. While earlier, even a gram or so could get you in jail, now, possession of up to 5 grams might get you to court, but the charges will likely be dropped.
The judge will decide if the quantity was for personal use or not, and if it is, then you will simply have to pay a fine. If it is a larger quantity or you intended to sell or distribute, you can be sent to jail for it.
Cannabis Prices, Quality, and Types
For average quality bud, you can expect to pay around 8-10 Euros, but for high-quality stuff, you will have to pay 12 Euros or higher. For those who prefer hash- bad news. It is imported, expensive, and very hard to get in Warsaw.
